Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and Creator Command, based in the United States ("we", "us", "our"). Creator Command is influencer-affiliate management and creator-recruitment software provided as a subscription service by Creator Command. By creating an account, accessing a workspace or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
Paddle Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle processes subscription payments, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellations and refunds on our behalf. Payment terms, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics for your subscription are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Your subscription
Plans are billed in advance according to the billing period selected at checkout. Usage limits, creator limits, seats, connected brands and other allowances are defined by your selected plan and may be upgraded when applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Subscription billing, payments, cancellations and refunds are managed by our reseller Paddle on behalf of Creator Command.
Payments and Billing
Subscription payments and billing are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. Applicable subscription fees and taxes will be disclosed clearly during checkout. If a payment fails or is declined, we may restrict or suspend access to the service until the payment issue is resolved.
Refunds
Creator Command offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible subscription purchases. Refund requests are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Additional refund eligibility or conditions are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Licence and account security
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you select. You must keep account credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use and misuse
You agree not to use the platform unlawfully; to send unsolicited bulk messaging outside platform rules; to commit fraud or spam; to infringe intellectual property rights; to misrepresent commercial relationships; to circumvent the disclosure requirements of any social platform; or to interfere with the security of the service through malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, resale or circumvention of technical limits.
AI-assisted features
Outreach drafting, creator scoring and content recommendations use automated and AI systems. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, are not legal, financial or professional advice, and must be reviewed by a human before you send, publish or rely on them. You are responsible for your prompts, for the content you submit, for holding the rights to that content, and for how you use the outputs. You must not use these features to produce unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and outputs, and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights-holders can request a takedown by contacting us at info@creator-command.com.
Intellectual property and your content
We retain ownership of the service and all associated intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. You own the creator, campaign and commission data in your workspace, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service and to produce aggregated, de-identified benchmarks.
Third-party platforms
Integrations depend on third-party APIs such as Shopify, Meta, Instagram and TikTok. Where a platform changes or restricts access, affected features may be limited until an alternative is available.
Availability, support and warranties
We target high availability and publish incidents on the status page, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support response times depend on your plan tier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential and special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can cancel your subscription through the billing portal at any time and retain access through the end of the paid billing period. Data export is available before and for 30 days after cancellation, after which records may be deleted.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.
