Guarantee terms

Clear conditions, stated up front

We publish the conditions of the activation guarantee so there is no ambiguity about what qualifies.

What the guarantee covers

The activation guarantee applies to a written activation target agreed in your service agreement before onboarding begins. An activated creator is defined in that agreement — typically a creator who has accepted terms, received product, and published qualifying content within the agreed window.

Brand responsibilities

The guarantee is conditional on the brand supplying product samples on schedule, maintaining commission terms for the agreed period, providing brand assets and disclosure guidelines, and returning approvals within the agreed review window.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply where platform policy changes restrict recruitment, where the product category is restricted by a platform, where required integrations are not connected, or where the brand pauses the program.

Remedy

If the agreed activation target is not met and all brand responsibilities were satisfied, the remedy specified in your service agreement applies. Remedies may include a fee credit, an extended service period, or a refund of the qualifying portion of fees.

Not legal advice

This page is a plain-language summary for information only. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace or amend your service agreement, which is the controlling document.
