Disclose the relationship
Any content produced under a commission, gifting or paid agreement must clearly state the commercial relationship in the content itself — not only in a bio or comment.
Disclosure
The disclosure standards every brand and creator on Creator Command is expected to follow.
Any content produced under a commission, gifting or paid agreement must clearly state the commercial relationship in the content itself — not only in a bio or comment.
Where the platform provides a branded content or paid partnership toggle, it must be enabled in addition to any written disclosure.
Disclosures should appear early, be readable without expanding a caption, and use plain terms such as 'paid partnership', 'commission earned' or 'gifted'.
Creators must not make health, income or performance claims that the brand has not substantiated. Brands are responsible for supplying approved claim language.
Paid amplification of creator content requires documented usage rights with a defined term. Creator Command records the authorization and expiry for every ad asset.
Content that fails disclosure standards can be flagged in review, excluded from commission, and removed from ad amplification.
