How to request a refund
Refund requests are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us at info@creator-command.com from the email address used at checkout and include your workspace or order details.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically 5–10 business days. Billing enquiries, invoices and tax documentation are handled through Paddle on behalf of Creator Command.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or through your Paddle billing portal, and you keep access through the end of the paid period. Cancelling stops future renewals; refund requests for a completed charge follow the 30-day window above.
Annual plans and managed services
Annual subscriptions are covered by the same 30-day window from the order date. Managed service engagements are governed by the remedy stated in your service agreement and the activation guarantee terms.
